Master Gallery One is a collection of High Dynamic Range or HDR photographs I recently created. I’ve been exploring the qualities of HDR imaging and love the depth of color and expansive range of color and detail recorded in both the shadow and highlights. The sharpness and explosive color of these photos just blows me away and I hope it will for you also. All images are Creative Common Non-Commercial usage and may be shared freely or as wallpaper with credit to PhotoBySchu.com/ Michael Schumacher. To purchase standard prints click the BUY button. For publication licensing, Limited Edition prints, custom print sizes or mounting and framing options contact; michael@photobyschu.com. I'd love to hear your thoughts so please leave comments below. Enjoy! Peace and grace...

At 47-feet tall and weighing in at 7 tons, Tex Randall is touted as the state "Biggest Texan." TexRandall4_070712
Tex was built in 1959 by Harry Wheeler to promote his western curio shop along US Highway 60 in Canyon, Texas. Constructed of concrete, wire mesh, rebar and structural support pipes, Tex has withstood west Texas winds of over 100 mph. He originally wore real denim jeans, a red checkered shirt and casually held a cigarette in one hand as he overlooked traffic along the highway. Canyon Main Street organizers are currently collecting fund to restore Tex to his former glory in a "Cowboy Up, Help Save Tex" champaign. ©2012 Michael Schumacher

Lighthouse Peak is Palo Duro Canyon State Park’s signature rock formation. The 310-foot high Hoodoo has been designated a National Natural Landmark. Hoodoos consist of relatively soft rock topped by harder, less easily eroded stone that protects each column from the elements. ©2012 Michael Schumacher
